About Stainless Steel Electrodes

AWS: SFA 5.4 E308L-16
EN ISO CODE: 3581-A E 19 9 L R 3 2

An exceptionally low carbon 19Cr-10Ni weld metal with outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion is produced via a semi-basic electrode. At higher temperatures, the weld metal is more resistant to scale, oxidation, and cracking. ideal for welding stainless steels with comparable compositions, such as AISI 304L, 308L, and their counterparts, for surface applications, overlays, etc.
